We launched a fully custom website for Blooming Medical Group, a telehealth psychiatry practice that serves teens and adults across North Carolina. Blooming has no waiting room, so the website is where patients form their first impression. The site had to earn trust from people researching something deeply personal. It explains who the practice treats, how virtual psychiatric care works, and what it costs, then lets each patient book directly with the provider who fits them.

Description:

Blooming Medical Group was founded on a simple belief: patients deserve to be listened to, treated as partners, and never rushed. The practice rejects a one-size-fits-all approach to prescribing in favor of collaborative treatment planning. It is deliberate about medication and aims for the lowest effective dose, which often means simplifying a regimen rather than adding to it. The team of psychiatric physician assistants works under the supervision of a board-certified psychiatrist and brings experience from inpatient units, emergency departments, and outpatient practice.

Care begins with a thorough online psychiatric evaluation and continues through ongoing medication management. The practice treats depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and addiction, with dedicated care for PMDD and prenatal and postpartum depression. Pharmacogenomic testing helps guide medication choices, and the team coordinates with therapists and specialists when a patient needs more than medication alone.

Blooming offers affirming, judgment-free care for teens, young adults, LGBTQ+ patients, and women at every life stage.
