We launched a fully custom website for Peak Spine & Sports Medicine, a boutique interventional pain management practice in South Jersey led by double-board-certified, University of Pennsylvania–trained physicians. Peak is opioid-free and runs on a concierge, out-of-network model, so the site had to reach the right patients. It explains that model before anyone books, gives referring physicians a direct path in, and supports the practice with paid social campaigns and AI-powered lead nurturing that follows up on every inquiry.

Description:

Peak Spine & Sports Medicine was built around the care its physicians would want for their own families: more time, clearer explanations, and closer coordination. Milind Patel, MD, MBA, is double board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. He completed his residency, where he served as Chief Resident, and his Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Jill Kalariya, MD, is double board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and served as Chief Resident in anesthesiology at Cooper University Hospital.

Every visit starts with a conversation about what the patient wants to get back to, not with a procedure. From there, the practice matches focal problems with focal solutions: injections and nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation, the MILD procedure for spinal stenosis, basivertebral nerve ablation for chronic low back pain, and regenerative options such as stem cell therapy. The practice also treats less common conditions, including spinal instability from hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
