Dr. Parker Velargo and Dr. Russell Hendrick, Jr. are the co-owners and co-founders of The New Orleans Center for Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery and proudly work alongside Dr. Celeste Gary and Dr. Alexis Shlosser, adding years of specialized expertise to the team.
