The practice is built around The Doriana Method™ — Dr. Cosgrove’s personalized, physician-led approach to facial longevity. From that evaluation she builds an individualized Facial Longevity Roadmap around four principles — preserve, restore, regenerate, and maintain. Desert Med Aesthetics offers one of the most comprehensive non-surgical menus in the region, spanning injectables, laser and light treatments, body and face treatments, aesthetician services, and a growing regenerative program that includes hyperbaric therapy, IV treatments, and stem cell and exosome therapies. Treatment planning is organized by decade — from preventative skincare in a patient’s twenties to transformative rejuvenation at any age. The goal throughout is not to chase youth or change a patient’s face, but to help each one continue to look naturally and recognizably like themselves, for longer.
